1. Go to www.reordercontacts.com.

2. Enter your login and provided password, or complete your registration by providing your email address.

3. View your profile and click "Edit" to update personal information if necessary. If you are ordering for the first time you will need to select your doctor – Eyes Optical. You will then need to enter your contact lens Rx information. We will verify your prescription and authorize your order.

4. Please indicate your order quantity, and then click "Check Out."

5. Select the shipping method and enter your credit card information.
